Arrow The Best Shield Mod?

I am just wondering which of the following mod is better in PVP/GVG for a warrior with:
- a Stance skill (probably an increase attack speed skill)
- a Superior Rune (-75 Health)
- with a Max Health of 485 only (without the shield)

Mods:

(req 9)
-2 damage (while in a stance)
-2 damage (while enchanted)

(req 9)
+45 Health (while enchanted)
-2 damage (while enchanted)

(req 8)
+30 Health (always)

(req 9)
+30 Health (alwauys)
-2 damage (while hexed)

(req 9)
+30 Health (always)
-5 damage (20% chance)

Edited:
Also, which TWO sword hilts are the best in PVP?
- Sundering (10/10)
- Barbed (lengthens 33% bleeding duration)
- Vampiric (+3 life stealing -1 health regen)
- Fiery/Cold (ignore Warriors extra AL?)

I'd have to say, the -2 -2 for pve, and the +45 -2 while in stance crimson carapace shield in the desert.

Sword hilts: Vapiric with a Zealous on switch. The two best sword hilts in the game for PvP by quite a long way. If you are a PvE character then you can afford to have an elemental sword on switch aswell.

Shield: +30 Health (always) -5 damage (20% chance)

What, no -2 Stance/-3 Hexed? Can it get some love? Doubt it exists with a health mod as well.

No, a shield can only have TWO modifiers, not three.

A -2/-3 while hexed shield isn't too great for PvP due to the conditional -3.

I agree that the unconditional +30 health a basically -1 average damage reduction (i.e -5 at 20%) is the best PvP shield you can have.

Yes, you can only have two mods for shields so far.

I found +30 health (always) much better than the conditional ones (like +45 while enchanted and +60 while hexed). The best shield for PVP/GVG should be +30 Health (always) with one of the following mods:

-5 damage (20% chance) >> good when you are dealing with more physical damage (which is less common in GvG)

- 2 damage (while hexed) >> conditions/hexes are something that you will get constantly over time. And the effect of -2 damage while you have health degen hexes on you is promising

- 2 damage (while enchanted) >> perfect for PvE with W/Mo build. But only for foes which cannot remove your enchantment

- 2 damage (while in stance) >> good to combine with skills like Frenzy and Sprint/Rush. That's why Bulwark is so common in GvG since it is cheap and easy to obtain desirable effect.

- 20% bleeding/blind/posion duration >> great for swapping between them in GvG. Tazit's Shield is a good choice too.

Here are my three shields:
